内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文Abstract 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The main function zoning mainly concems the regional carrying capacity of the land resources，the ecological conditions，the environmental capacity, the location characteristics，the level of economic development，the population concentration conditions，也e extent of participation in the intemational division of labor,and the military and historical．and ethnic factors．Starting from the provincial level in order to provide certain specific products as the main function，it is the space unit providing other products as the auxiliary function．To promote the formation of the main function zoning in the provincial areas，it not only insists on implementing the scientific development concept，enriches the connotation of development，upholds the economical use of resources，maniges the regional development，subjects to the local situation，and plays the role of the other basic principles of the market mechanism，but also requires from the basic situation，to identify the suitable cell divisionand to moderately breakthrough the SAR limit．． In March 2006 Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission of Remote Sensing and GIS Laboratory shared the”the main function zoning of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， ¨project．This ptoject’S decision-making plan and management system design and development is subproject of the project，this article is completed based on the sub-project research． The system’S development platform uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005， combined with ArcGIS Engine engine for C／S structure development； WebGIS platfom employs ArclMS，in combination with ASP．NET, JavaScript，XML，for B／S structure development；the system database applies Oracle 9i，and through ArcSDE connects Oracle Server database access to store and manage the space，the attribute database，the data and other information together．内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文Based 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 Based on a variety of geographic data of
