AbstractABSTRACT Abstract ABSTRACT The construction of enterprise information platform mainly consists of two aspects：data collection and data mining．Data collection is to collect data and make them moll accurate and more comprehensive taking advantage of the technology of compnter and network，so as to improve the fluency of the circulation of the flow of funds，goods and information etc，and as a result to enhance the office efficiency and reduce the running cost；equally important，with the total amount of data grows rapidly,data mining technology must be included as a fundamental part of the enterprise information platform to discover the useful information hidden behind the large amount of data,so as to provide scientific support for business decisions，and improve the enterprise’s competition ability． This dissertation will develop around the two key aspects of the enterprise information platform，the whole article mainly includes three parts as following： The first part investigates the software technology used to construct the information platform．This project adopts the model of Struts+EJB，Struts，based on the MVC model，is a framework for WEB application，while EJB owns many merits in large business application．The combination of the two can make the system more clear in structure，more stable in performance and easier to maintain and extend． The second part researches the theories and models of the time series prediction， and stochastic time series and chaotic time series are mainly concemed，the results ate followed： Deeply research the recurrence quantification analysis of the chaotic time series and put forward a new variant； Bring forward an improved prediction method for chaotic time series； Improve the traditional prediction for stochastic time series making use ofANN． The third part is the conclusion of the first two parts．The structure of the whole sottware system is described and key technologies of each layer are discussed in detail． Key words：Struts，J2EE
