摘 要 随着信息技术的发展和计算机网络的广泛普及，将计算机技术应用到日常工作管 理事务的案例不断增多，并取得了不错的评价和使用效果。学校作为推动国家科学研 究及科技进步的主力，实现其信息化高效管理对提高学术研究氛围，加快学校发展具 有重要意义。因此，根据河北化工医药职业技术学院的特点，致力于开发一套满足学 院功能需求的综合管理系统。 根据对河北化工医药职业技术学院管理部门的管理人员进行调研分析，基于 J2EE 的职业学院综合管理信息系统采用 MVC 模式进行开发和实现，包括的主要功能有招生 管理、学籍管理、财务管理、学院管理和系统管理等。并使用直观的 B/S 架构对该系 统所实现的业务功能进行展示，不仅节约了软件部署成本和实践，也便于后期系统维 护和升级。该系统的开发与实现必将大大提高河北化工医药职业技术学院管理部门管 理人员的工作效率，减少工作失误，使学院的发展迈上新台阶。 关键词：招生管理 学籍管理 MVC J2EE I ABSTRACT With the development of information technology and popularization of the Internet , the cases on application of computer technology into the daily management work is increasing, which also has achieved good evaluation and graet effect. The college as the major power of pushing a national scientific research and the progress of science and technology, realizing the efficient informatization management and improving academic research atmosphere, has important significance to speed up the development of the college. Therefore, according to the characteristics of Hebei chemical Pharmaceutical College, our team committe to the development of a comprehensive management system to meet the functional requirements of the school. According to the research and analysis of the administratives of Hebei chemical and pharmaceutical college,based on J2EE ----the comprehensive management information system, withe the use of of MVC model to develop and realize, the main functions are: enrollment management, student status management, financial management, school management and system management etc. And with the use of intuitive B/S architecture, the system not only save the software deployment cost, but also is convenient for later system maintenance and upgrade. Development and realization of this system will greatly improve the work efficiency of the management staff of Hebei chemical and pharmaceutical college.
