PAGE PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 摘 要 超精型花生联合收获机双行作业，将花生的藤、果和土一同起耕。 三者一次性分离，一次完成花生的联合收获作业。具体的工作过程包括：分扶藤苗，起耕，梳果，碎土，输藤，清送，输果。 超精型花生联合收割机根据花生的生长特点以及收获的工艺要求，合理地设计出关键工作部分，使得机构具有结构紧凑、重量轻、分离彻底的特点。采用多面型粉碎齿，第一道粉碎就可以使土块的破碎率达到70%以上；摘果刀片用于藤果分离；由输送轮将藤苗输向后面并抛出；分土后的花生进一步清选后落入果箱。收获后的果子可以直接上场。 该机器的成本低，适合小批的花生种植收获。其工作效率相对于手工作业有了跨越性的提高。 关键词：超精型；高效；分离彻底；低成本 ABSTRACT Two-line operations of Ultra-fine peanut combine harvester, is planting vine and fruit of peanut in the soli. These three elements are separated once, so that peanut combine harvest work can be finished once. The detailed process includes: rotating seedlings, planting, combing fruit, pulverizing soil, transporting vines, cleaning and sending, and transporting fruit.
