摘要 随着信息化技术和应用的不断发展，越来越多的企业认识到利用信息管理系 统管理企业内部信息的重要性与必要性。在房地产市场越来越复杂化的今天，建 立一个实用的房地产信息管理系统成为当前的一种实际需要。 本文在介绍了房地产信息管理系统的背景、研究现状和房地产信息管理系统 的相关技术和理论，及对系统功能需求分析的基础上，设计了系统的整体框架、 功能模块和数据库。本系统采用了 B/S 体系结构，使用了 J2EE 的轻量级架构 SSH 即 Struts 框架、Spring 框架、Hibernate 框架，并且分别从持久层、业务逻辑层和 表现层三部分加以实现。 系统运行结果表明，文中基于J2EE的房地产信息管理系统设计和实现方案具 有实用性和可行性，对信息的处理方便快捷，达到了预定的目标，满足了企业的 实际需求。 关键词：房地产 J2EE SSH Abstract With the development of the application of information technology and the application, more and more enterprises recognize that it is important and necessary managing enterprise inner information with Management Information System (MIS). Nowadays，the market of real estate is becoming more and more complex. Real estate Management Information System which is applied has been becoming an actual requirement. In this thesis, the background and research progress status of Real estate Management Information System are introduced. And the relevant technology and theory is discussed. Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the system, the overall framework of the system, the functional module and the database are designed. This system uses the Browser/Service structure and the Struts Framework, Spring Framework and Hibernate Framework. It is developed from the persistence layer, the logic layer and the performance layer three parts. System running results show that the programs of Real estate Management Information System based on J2EE has practicality and feasibility，It is convenient and smart dealing with information. It fulfils the target of the beginning and meets the actual requirements of the enterprise.
