RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION MODEL IN THE PORT ROAD NETWORK BASED ON ITS ABSTRACT Level of development of the transport industry is not just social development and improved living standards in the foundation, and also to measure the degree of modernization of a countrys standard. With the rapid development of the national economy, material flow of vehicles in social life and personnel exchanges have become increasingly frequent, because of these, traffic congestion, road congestion, traffic accidents and other traffic problems are getting worse. Similarly, for port traffic, the level of development of its transport to the entire port of transport efficiency, and even the economic benefits of port-related industries have a significant impact, traffic guidance system as an important part of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) has a key role on the convergence and ease traffic flow port and the city. Therefore, the establishment of the traffic guidance systems model port road network for port traffic problem is very necessary. The main work of this paper is as follows: First, sum up the the current situation and development trend of traffic guidance systems, and then based on study the framework of the intelligent guidance system and combine the highway of traffic characteristics, was proposed for implementation of the framework of the optimization model in the port road neteork. Secondly, the traffic flow forecast is is an important area of intelligent transportation system research, accurate, timely information on the traffic forecast is the key of dynamic route guidance system. The article analyses the characteristics of short-term traffic flow prediction, proposes an optimal resource service method that based on grid computing pool model, builds a traffic flow prediction model based on this method, and predicts the traffic by using genetic algorithm based on higher-order generalized neural networks.
