内蒙古电力技术 2015年第33卷第4期 INNERMONGOLIAELECTRICPOWER 43 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-6218.2015.04.001 锅炉集箱接管座裂纹产生原因分析及处理措施 张鹏飞，吴振和，甄凤军，申晓旭 （国电建投内蒙古能源有限公司布连电厂，内蒙古 鄂尔多斯 017209） 摘要：国电建投内蒙古能源有限公司布连电厂2×660MW超超临界机组锅炉左右侧水冷 壁上集箱接管座炉前端部位出现多处裂纹，经分析认为是在锅炉正常启停及非计划停炉时， 集箱和接管座存在明显的温度差，使接管座承受一定的附加应力，膨胀受阻所致；另外锅炉设 计也存在问题。现场将集箱前端部位第1—2根接管座更换为弯管，切割左右侧水冷壁管密 封鳍片并打止裂孔，将接管座由插入式焊接结构改为全焊透式结构。针对本次缺陷原因及处 理措施，建议将集箱分割为多个独立的小集箱或在设计时提高集箱标高，并在每次检修期间 检查水冷壁集箱接管座是否存在裂纹缺陷。 关键词：水冷壁；集箱；接管座；裂纹；膨胀受阻；密封鳍片 文献标志码：B 中图分类号：TM621.28 文章编号：1008－6218（2015）04－0043－04 CauseAnalysisforSteam Boiler Container Junction Crack and ItsTreatment ZHANG Pengfei,WUZhenhe,ZHENFengjun,SHENXiaoxu （Bulian Power Plant, Ordos 017209,China） Abstract：Cracks appeared on the front end part of boiler water wall over the stove seat in 2×660 MW ultra supercritical units in Bulian Power Plant. The analysis showed that significant temperature difference existed in set box and tube seat as the boiler normal start and stop, and unplanned shutdown, which caused the tube seat take over certain additional stress and under expansion resistance; the boiler design was also problematic. Change the connecting pipes 1 to 2 in the front of set box into bendings, cutting about water wall tube sealing fins and hit hiatus, and take over seat from insert type welded structure to full weld penetration type structure. Aiming at the defect causes and treatment measures, put forward to divide the box into several small independent set boxes, or improve the header elevation during the designing, and take over crack defects in each repairing.
