Ⅰ. 学习目标:
掌握表示动物的名词tiger, elephant, koala, panda, lion, giraffe和描述动物的
形容词cute, smart, lazy, beautiful。
会使用所学的句子描述并谈论喜爱的动物。
激发学生热爱动物、保护动物的情感。
Ⅱ. 重点与难点
重点:
a. 词汇:: 名词tiger, elephant, koala, panda, lion, giraffe
形容词cute, smart, lazy, beautiful。
b. 句型:: - Let’s see the lions.
- Why do you like loins?
- Because they’re interesting.
难点: 准确使用形容词对自己感兴趣的事物进行描述

这一步骤是通过聆听英文歌曲《My favourite animals》,给学生创设英语氛围的同时,唤起学生对表示动物的单词的记忆,把学生带入与动物相关的话题。

New Lesson

New Words Presentation ( 9’ )
1. T: Teaches the words about animals, and talks about animals with the students like this:
What’s this in English?
Do you like …?
What colour is it?
Why do you like it?
Is it big or small?
Ss: Answer the questions and and learn other words: tiger, elephant, koala, lion, giraffe, panda and talk about them.
T: Points at the panda and asks
Why do you like pandas? Write the
description words around the word,
Such as: cute, interesting, fun, smart, lazy, beautiful.
And leads Ss. Talk about them with description words.
A word guessing game.
Activity 1a. Match the words with the animals in the picture.
Sentences Presentation( 6’ )
Activity 1b.
1. Ss. : Listen and match.
T : Checks the answer.
2. Ss. Listen again, fill in the blanks and learn the new sentences to talk about animals.
Drills: Let’s see the lions.
