某高校后勤保障管理系统——房产管理子系统 PAGE PAGE I 某高校后勤保障管理系统 ——房产管理子系统 摘 要 信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的重大趋势，信息已经成为重要资源，成为实现经济和社会发展的重要因素和直接生产力。面对信息化的浪潮，传统的人工后勤管理方法难以适应和满足现代高校的发展要求，影响了后勤保障部门的功能发挥。为此，必须建立以信息技术、计算机技术、网络技术支持的、人机结合的后勤保障管理信息系统，将信息、管理与系统有机地结合在一起，才能使后勤保障部门功能最大化、服务最优化、管理规范化。 本篇论文围绕某高校后勤保障管理系统中房产管理子系统的开发过程，以文档的形式详细描述了系统开发的目的、意义、过程以及系统完善的功能等。 高校后勤保障管理系统是典型的信息管理系统（Management Information System，MIS）。它采用C/S(Client/Server)系统结构。此系统的开发主要包括后台数据库的建立以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。其后台数据库使用SQL Server 2000，前台应用程序的开发使用PowerBuilder 9.0这个可视化的开发工具。此系统由房产管理子系统,家具管理子系统，维修工程子系统，计划生育子系统，后勤管理子系统五个子系统组成。每个子系统的功能都是通过信息录入，信息查询，信息修改三部分来实现的。 关键词 管理信息系统；数据库；模块 LOGISTICAL ENSURANCE MANAGEMENTSYSTEM OF CERTAIN UNIVERSITY——HOUSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUBSYSTEM ABSTRACT Information is the main trend of global economy and social development, and information has become a most important resource, great factor, and productive force for the development of economy and society. Due to the world information, traditional logistics service which can’t adapt to or satisfy the development modern universities has affected the function of logistical support department. As a result, it is necessary to build logistical support management information system which is based on information technology, computer technology and net technology. It is only by combining information, management with system that it can maximize the function, optimize service and normalize management of logistical support department.
