橡胶沥青流变行为与工程性质评估

摘 要: 近年橡胶沥青混凝土成为各国政府推动绿色营建政策重要一环,但对于橡胶沥
青流变行为普遍缺乏认识,仍需建立橡胶沥青流变行为预测模式,了解橡胶沥青的
工作温度及铺面性能,并以流变性质作分类基础。此外,探讨石油沥青与改质Ⅲ型
沥青及橡胶沥青之流变行为,分析各类型沥青于不同气候与交通条件下彼此间铺面
绩效良窳,以供铺面工程师选用铺面黏结料之参考依据。研究结果显示针入度60/70
沥青添加超过 10%以上橡胶胶粉能大幅提升夏季高温时的抗车辙变形能力;针入
20/40 沥青在夏季高温时可能具优异抗车辙变形能力,但在冬季低温时存有开裂问
题;改质Ⅲ型沥青在夏季高温时抗车辙变形能力最佳且在冬季低温时裂纹发生机率
最低;将橡胶胶粉用于改质针入度60/70 沥青,能降低其于60℃时的潜变柔量且提
升其恢复率;CA 流变模式、改良型CAM 流变模式及多项式流变模式能清楚描绘橡胶
沥青于40~90℃之流变行为;此外,相位角法虽能决定橡胶沥青之实验室工作温度
且明显比传统Brookfield 黏滞度法还低, 建议仍需透过现地试拌与试铺决定之。

Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt Binders

Abstract: In order to address the issue regarding the reduction in waste recycled tyres, the
highway authority strongly supports the policy about “Sustainable Construction Industries”.
However, it is the lack of the understanding about the rheological Properties of rubber asphalt
binders for the road practitioners. In this study, the rheological behavior of the rubber asphalt
binders was determined using a dynamic shear rheometer (DSR). The conventional asphalt
binders including Pen 60/70, Pen 20/40 and polymer modified asphalt (PMA) blended with
crumb rubber were also analyzed to interpret the pavement-related performance at the
different climate and traffic conditions. Based on the results obtained from master curves, the
