PAGE PAGE 99 摘 要 本次设计是呼伦贝尔市新建天润蓝翔花园综合楼设计,共五层，首层为商服区，层高为3.6m，其他层为宾馆区共四层，层高为3.0m，总建筑高度为21.2m。总建筑面积为2900 m2，商服区建筑面积为526 m2，本结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，抗震设防烈度按7度设计。 本设计分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。 第一部分为建筑设计，建筑设计以国家相应规范、标准为依据，完成了设计任务书所要求的建筑平面设计，并在此基础上进行了立面、剖面、建筑详图设计以及建筑构造做法和材料的选用。 第二部分为结构设计。结构设计是在建筑设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择结构体系；进行结构布置，及结构构件的尺寸估算，并确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。其中结构计算包括：荷载计算、内力计算及配筋计算，并绘制相关的结构施工图。 在确定框架结构体系基础上，首先，进行了楼板结构的设计。楼板设计包括双向板、单向板设计，计算内力方法采用弹性理论。 其次，进行楼梯的设计。楼梯采用板式楼梯，并进行了平台板，梯段板，平台梁设计。 再次，进行了框架结构的设计。框架结构设计包括：竖向荷载汇集及竖向荷载作用下的内力计算，水平荷载作用下结构的内力计算和侧移验算。其中，水平地震作用采用底部剪力法。在计算出其竖向荷载及外力作用下的内力后，并进行内力组合，选择其中最不利内力进行结构构件设计。 最后，基础结构设计。由于地质条件的因素，本工程采用桩基础，并将进行桩基础的桩承载力计算和验算及承台的计算及验算。 关键词： 框架结构 板式楼梯 双向板 桩基础 Abstract This design is the hulunbuir city Xinjiangtianrun LanXiang garden design, building embellish of five layers, first for ShangFu area, 3.6 m high, other layer for hotel area of total four layer, layer 3.0 m, for a total construction height of 21.2 m.
