Development Development of Several Systems based on FPGA or DSP ABSTRACT This thesis introduces the designs and implemems ofthree kinds of application systems with FPGA or DSP. A FPGA-based controller is developed for various DC motors.The single FPGA chip implements the PWM wave generation,closed velocity loop,and communication with upper-controller.The controller can work independently or cooperate with upper-controller for driving DC motors.The performances of the controller are better than those of conventional controllers based on MCU,DSP in real time controlling and anti-jamming。Its soft IP core is easy to transplant between different hardware platforms.If we select appropriate level devices,this controller can be applied to some special fields,such as radioactivity,very high or low temperature. Two digital signal processing systems of vortex flow-meter are built with DSP, which possess the compensation functions of temperature and pressure.One is all integrative system.The sensor condition circuits and the digital processing part are installed in the meter together.The other is a separated system,and can be used in high temperature cases.The sensor condition circuits are separated from the digital signal processing part in this system.The special circuit is designed for signal transmission.Two systems have past experimental tests and been applied in the industry fields,and good appraisements are obtained. The hardware development of the TMS320LF2407A DSP experimental equipment is completed.The CPLD program is developed for address decoding and part circuits are improved.The experimental results show the equipment is easy to operate and clear to demonstrate.
