PAGE PAGE II 湖北文理学院 毕业设计(论文)正文 题 目 摩托车的结构设计与运动仿真 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 机制0812班 姓 名 夏坤 学 号指导教师 职 称 高成慧 教授 2012 年 5 月 摩托车的结构设计与运动仿真 摘 要：本设计利用三维建模软件Pro/Engineer，对摩托车进行相关结构设计。使用Pro/Engineer软件自顶而下设计方法，从产品结构层次规划着手，将设计参数依次传递到各级子装配与零件的设计方法，从而实现产品全参数化整体结构设计。设计中考虑人因工程在摩托车结构设计中的应用，并按照摩托车产品设计的安全标准及规范要求,对摩托车的造型、颜色、材料等方面，以及摩托车结构进行设计。根据功能需求来改动产品的高层结构模型，通过参数修改驱动各个零部件的改变。基于特征的参数化设计为产品模型的可变性设计、概念设计等提供了手段，在遵循设计意图的情况下方便地改动模型，从而生成系列产品，提高了设计效率。 关键词：Pro/Engineer；摩托车；结构设计；自顶而下 PAGE I The Structural Design and Motion Simulation of Motorcycle Abstract：This design uses the three dimensional modeling software Pro/Engineer, to carry on the related structural design of the motorcycle. Based on idea of top-down design using Pro/Engineer, it introduces the configuration design of the product. The design process includes the transmission of the parameter date to the son assemblage and the parts in turn. This method realizes the parameter design of the entirely product. Considered the application of the man-machine project in the motorcycle’s structural design, and defers to the security standard and the standard request of the motorcycle product design, to carry on the design on the motorcycle’s modeling, color, material, as well as the structure. After the product modeling design completed, uses the rendering function of Pro/Engineer to carry on the rendering for the three dimensional modeling. According to function demand to change the high-rise structural model, driving the change of parts by revising parameters, the parameterization design basing on characteristic provides a method for the alterability and concept design of the product model. Abiding by the design intention to change the model, generating series of products and improving design efficiency.
