海南大学硕士学位论文 海南大学硕士学位论文 摘要 捅 要 在传统的监控技术之下，社会上的一些安全问题虽然得到了一定的解决，但是传统 的平安信息系统主要是基于固定的终端的，它的固定性、非随时随地性等缺点已日益凸 显出来。由于现在社会的发展速度较快，随之而来的人们的活动性及活动范围也是随时 改变的，这就对安全方面的实时性要求较高。 基于移动终端的孩童平安信息系统便是针对这一问题进行设计的，通过给监护和被 监护的双方都佩带经过特殊设计的移动终端，持有一个终端的家长可以通过拨打电话的 方式去触发其孩子的终端，然后自动接通并触发视频录制的功能，这样就能保证了及时 了解孩子的真实安全状况。 本论文首先对课题的相关技术和知识进行了讨论，移动终端选择的是大家熟悉的手 机，而Android系统是现在特别流行的手机操作系统，它的开源性给设计的开发提供了 很好的条件。 系统主体部分是分别从监护端和被监护端去设计实现的，其中，监护端主要是监控 模块的设计与实现，通过权限用户的设置控制是否进行实时状况的查看。被监护端主要 包括触发模块负责处理远程控制信号，并回报处理结果；摄像模块负责录制被监护端的 实时信息；存储模块负责将录制的视频存储至本地存储器。这些目前只是在模拟器上进 行的，为下一步移植到现实的终端上打了良好的基础，具有实际意义。 关键词： 3G，移动终端，Android，平安信息系统 海南大学硕士学位论文 海南大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Abstract Although some of the security problems in the society have been resolved under the traditional monitoring technologies，there are still some problems．The traditional safety information systems are mainly based on stationary terminal their faults on stationary and non-real time are apparent increasingly．Wim the rapid development of the society,the scope of the activities of people ale changed at any time，it requires higher real-time features of the security． The safety information system of children based on mobile terminal iS designed to address the above issues．Both the guardianship and the monitored end need to equip、历m the mobile terminal which was designed by some special styles．111e parents with the guardianship ends can trigger the monitored end to regulate their children by the way of make a telephone call．Then the monitored end must connect the call automatically when the guardianship end calling their children．Thus，we can know the real safety conditions in time． The thesis described the related technology and knowledge in the firstly．We choose the mobile phones which are familiar by people as the mobile terminals in this thesis．Android system is particularly popular operating system nowadays．Its open—source provided a good condition for the developing on the system． The main part of the system is designed and implemented the system fro
