太原科技大学 课程设计说明书 题 目 变速器设计 院 系 交通与物流学院 班 级 交通运输13240班 姓 名 谷 志 朋 学 号 1 3 2 4 0 1 0 1 0 9 指导教师 郭 晋 明 完成日期 2017年 比亚迪f3变速器设计 摘要 此次设计依据比亚迪f3然后对变速器进行设计。首先我们应确定我们的设计为轿车使用的三轴式变速器。然后根据汽车的功率、转矩、总质量、车速、主减速比等一系列参数，接着根据已知参数与我们所学过的汽车构造、汽车理论、汽车运用工程等参考书详细计算变速器的一系列的初级参数并验证数据的可行性。计算与画图同步进行，这样可以做到相互检验，相互促进。同时计算过程中注意设计零件与标准件的配合（标准件包含各种轴承、螺钉、各种键等）。最后对相应的零件进行校核需要校核的零件包括齿轮、轴，另外对轴承、键进行强度、寿命计算。 关键字：变速器，齿轮，轴，设计，轴承，键 Abstract The design was based on BYD f3 and then designed the transmission. First of all, we should make sure that our design is a three axis transmission for cars.
