英文摘要ABSTRACT 英文摘要 ABSTRACT The equipment systematic scale ofthe thermal power plant is large．It is complicate to form a complete set．And it is a typical fund,technology intensive apparatus system． For a long time，how to improve the dependability and the utilization of the electricity generation system has been one of most research of the electricity power enterprises both at home and abroad all the time． The paper take the condition overhaul as the main study object，introduced briefly the overseas condition overhaul，analyzed detail the domestic condition overhaul development situation,summarized the experiences that has been worth referring to and take a the model．To establish suits LuoHuang thermal plant own optimization overhaul management system finally,I have analysis earnestly the equipment management and the overhaul in LuoHuang thermal plant at present．I have proposed the demand of developing condition overhaul．And the comprehensive management and the implementation plan of the condition overhaul，I have proposed the improvement plan overhaul supervisory work and the trouble shooting work plan． Base on the introduction digestion imports equipment,LuoHuang thermal power plant have gradually grasped the performance of the import equipment,．make the beneficial exploration on grasping the introduction equipment．Compared the domestic advanced power plant LuoHuang thermal power plant has a bigger disparity in equipment management condition．It mainly manifested the idea of the equipment management and system backward．People do not have enough the management consciousness of modern equipment management；the equipment management construction still needs to be perfect．Lacks of the long term-plan of the equipment overhaul management,the overhaul decision—making lacks the scientific；The reliable of equipment is not high,the unit continuous running days is not long；Not enough the advanced monitor and test equipment,people do not grasps the sufficiency advanced equipment man
