Schoo l ofC ivil andA rchitectural Engineer ing, Guangx iUniversity, Nanning 30004, China) Abstract: In order to investigate the seism ic perform ance of SRC special- shaped columns, the testsw ere conduc- ted on 17 SRC specia-l shaped columns under low cyclic reversed loading, and the load ing- d isp lacem ent hysteretic loops and the skeleton curvesw ere obtained. Based on the test resu lts, themain characteristic points and the law of stiffness degradation w ere presented; the b ilinear restoring model and trilinear restoring model were built and pro- vided, and the calcu lation formulas of stiffness parameter in restoring forcemodel at different stages of deform ation w ere also presented. The providedmodels can be app lied to the non-linear seism ic analyses and design of SRC spe- cia-l shaped columns.
