也 L ／一愀嬲 ／一愀嬲 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract As we all know,companies use existing data to complete the financial statements and statistical reports in order to obtain msight into the market and make important ‘decisions．In todays highly competitive society,forward-looking companies are using their critical data resoⅢ．a鼯with the help of the new approaches，which are designed to help business decision-making and access to more valuable insights．In this case，the business intelligence system came into being，and it has，been applied in banking， securities，insurance，telecommunications and other enterprises in a great amounL However,when enterprises arc facing the various and expansive business intelligence system,in order to improve their competitive position,they still spend a lot of money purchasing it．How to select the system to avoid blindly purchase is a key issue． Therefore，it is quite necessary for enterprises to evaluate the relevant business ．intelligence systems scientifically． Comprehensive and systematic analysis affects the evaluation factors of business intelligence systems，and瓤Ial溅the relationship between various factors and application of scientific method are the basis to solve the problem．Combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will allow clear and comprehensive establishment of the evaluation index system,correct reflection of the various indicators and their relationship，which fiIlally makes a reasonable assessment． This paper,firs蚬makes a comprehensive analysis of various domestic and overseas affection factors 011 business intelligence systems，classifying the relevant factors to determine the evaluation index system of business intelligence systems． Secondly,based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in the evaluation index,it calculates the weight of each item in the evaluation process．Again,it establishes the model of business intelligence systems based on fuzzy AHP evaluation．Finally,with the aim of the combination of theory and practice，i
