摘要 糖厂在澄清上存在着反应时间短、沉降停留时间长、中和汁的化学反应不好、清汁质量不高、泥汁密实性羞等缺点，最终影响产品糖的质量。因此强化澄清工艺，对提高产品质量有着重要意义。 本设计为强化澄清工艺的10000t/d亚硫酸法糖厂初步设计。为了加强澄清剂与糖汁的混合，本设计结合一些成熟混合技术，对传统澄清工艺进行改进，采用硫熏中和强化反应器系统，将静态混合器、罐内射流混合系统、扩散孔板混合器和旋流混合器加入工艺流程中去，使物料与澄清剂剂得以充分混合反应，达到强化澄清工艺、改善产品质量的目的。 该反应器具有工艺简单，安全性高，设备动力消耗少，混合效率高的特点。中和汁经强化反应后，形成的悬浮物颗粒均匀、密实；经散气混凝后，形成的絮体结实，易沉淀，使清汁质量和白砂糖产品质量显著提高。同时在维持产品质量前提下，不增加其它助剂消耗，可减少硫熏强度，节约石灰，符合制糖工业节能、高效、清洁生产的要求，显示出该系统在制糖工业的推广应用价值。 关键词：混合技术 亚硫酸法 澄清剂 硫熏中和强化反应器系统 Preliminary Design of 10000 t/d Sulphitation Cane Sugar Factory By Strengthen Clarify Process ABSTRACT Sugar refinery in the existence of the clarification, short reaction time stay time is long, and the settlement of the chemical reaction is bad, juice of clear juice quality is not high, the mud density of juice shame shortcomings, finally affect the quality of the product of sugar.
