The POOL which contains lots of mobile services switching center groups is called MSC POOL (Mobile Switching Center Pool)technology .The technology enhances the ability of network security is becoming a global standard solution of all-IP mobile core network at present. As mobile telecom operators of mobile all-IP network requirements, the application of the MSC POOL of 3G network technology will be comprehensively supported. The MME POOL (Mobility Management Entity Pool) technology which the technology of MSC POOL extended in the 4G of LTE/LTE-A network is being studied and experimented. At the same time , How to resolve the traditional wireless interface to access to the resource problem of all-IP mobile core network, the solutions that technology of AOIP (A Interface Over IP) access to the mobile core network is proposed. The MSC POOL core network technology based AOIP technology is aiming at how to solve the integration of traditional wireless interface resources to all-IP mobile core network problems. This paper presents an MSC POOL converged network solutions which is the based AOIP technology. The program took into account the issues that is network traffic balanced expansion and upgrade, improved resource utilization and constituted a reasonable plan that is network disaster recovery strategy.
