Meanwhile, demand for automotives in the market is constantly increasing. Those have brought great opportunities also challenges for Chinas automotive industry. Now it is the era of competition in the supply chain. In order to make automotive companies to seize the opportunity, it is necessary to optimize the entire enterprise from the perspective of the supply chain, so that the supply chain which takes the enterprise as its core can develop healthy. Facing with such a complex supply chain network system, it is impractical to explore the management approach of supply chain from practice blindly. Therefore, it is one of the most effective methods to use of simulation technology in the supply chain system simulation. Based on AnyLogic hybrid modeling and simulation platform, this paper studies automotive supply chain network simulation Firstly, this paper provides analysis of automobile supply chain’s structure and establishes a conceptual model of the automotive supply chain network. Then this paper creates a detailed model of the automotive supply chain network with ATO production pattern. This model has eight kinds of supplier and three core enterprises. Suppliers of the three core enterprises can be the same one. All the parts are provides by suppliers. Each core enterprise has three independent distributors. All vehicles and parts delivery services of core enterprises are provided by logistics service providers.
