基 基于 ARM 的嵌入式气体监测系统 EMBEDDED GAS MONITOR SYSTEM BASED ON ARM ABSTRACT People who designed and constructed with industry locale such as underground working are always have to face various dangerous situation in complex, objective environment and, the hazardous gas is one of the most threatens for these people. This paper proposed one kind of real-time gas monitor embedded system by characteristic of the activity and the embedded technology that be various used, to make hazardous gas in complex environment can be monitored. This research states an effective way to prevent safe hidden danger caused by hazardous gas. The author proposed a new way to monitor the target gas by continues working based on safe hidden danger and factor of safety in production in industry job location. The system used ARM9 serious MCU in hardware core for master control terminal. Processing the signal output but sensors by design special-purpose electric circuit, did A/D transformation and output the transformed signals to bus system by C8051F020 MCU. The research applied CAN bus as bus system, applied Windows CE as operating system established the complete gas monitor platform. The monitor system have been statement and put into application. My design mentality did further improvement based on system applied. The most major characteristic of my design is that I applied the embedded technology on the whole monitor system, and applied the CAN bus system for transformation, improved the deficiency that traditional PC relies on special work environment. Simultaneously, the system worked automatically and monitored target gas by continues working. It also improved the deficiency that mobile monitor system can not working continues. Finally, the author has carried on the experiment to the gas monitor process by build experiment environment. The experiment has confirmed the initial design and realized the process to the goal gas.
