摘 摘 要 I I 摘 要 近年来，伴随着 IT 技术和互联网的蓬勃发展，信息化浪潮滚涌而起，已经成 为企业提高核心竞争力不可或缺的手段。电力行业是国家经济社会发展中最重要的 基础能源产业。随着电力体制改革的逐步深入，电力行业尤其是发电企业面临着越 来越直接、激烈的竞争，急需全新的管理手段，通过提高企业管理水平，降低成本， 以期增强企业竞争力。企业资源计划(Enterprise resource planning，ERP)是以供应链 管理为核心理念的全新管理模式，它结合信息技术与先进的管理思想，帮助企业改 善管理水平。实施 ERP 正是发电企业顺应历史潮流，走向世界市场的必然趋势。 本文首先剖析了企业资源计划（ERP）的基本概念和发展趋势，通过回顾 ERP 在电力行业的发展以及应用情况以及对运河电厂的内外部环境的深入分析、调查， 论证了运河电厂实施 ERP 的必要性和可行性。然后从运河电厂 ERP 系统现状、业 务需求等方面切入，找出存在的问题，规划企业 ERP 系统的模块应用框架，并对各 个应用模块（生产项目管理模块、设备管理管理模块、物资管理模块、财务管理模 块等）进行研究和分析。最后根据国内发电企业 ERP 的应用策略，针对发电企业生 产管理特点，选择采取“联合开发”的实施思路，实现发电企业 ERP 的开发与应用。 本文旨在通过对电厂 ERP 系统应用的具体案例剖析，为国内同类型发电企业信息化 管理改革提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：电力行业；ERP 系统；应用分析；运河电厂 Abstract Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of IT technology and the Internet, informatization tide is surging up, becoming an indispensable means to improve the core competitiveness of enterprise. The electric power industry is the most important basis of the national economic and the social development. With the development of the power system change, the power industry, especially the power generation enterprises, face more and more intense competition. Therefore, new means of management, and reduction of cost by improving the management are needed to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. ERP (Enterprise resource planning) is a new management mode in supply chain management as the core idea, which combines information technology and advanced management ideas. It can help enterprises improve the management level. The implementation of ERP now is the trend for the power generation enterprises to stand in the world market. This thesis firstly analyzes the basic concepts and development trend of ERP, reviews the ERP application in the electric power industry, and studies the ERP implement background in Yunhe power plant.
