Using a Climate Compensator in the heat exchange station can solve the problem of central heating control system management and control with better effects. This paper designs a control device named Climate Compensator in central heating system. This dissertation firstly introduces the current situation of the central heating system and climate compensators, the function and working principle of Climate Compensator, also this paper introduces the hardware design based on ARM9 and software design based on Linux operating system for a Climate Compensator. The hardware design mainly includes the core system, the data acquisition circuit, the circuit for output control signal, the network interface circuit and the human-computer interface circuit. The software design mainly includes embedded Linux operating system migration and the software realization of function modules. Due to the uncertainty, nonlinearity and variable parameter character of the controlled object in the central heating control system, this dissertation has proposed a parameter control method based on the BP neural network PID algorithm for the heat exchange station. Simulation results show that it has smaller overshoot, less transition time, better stability and stronger robustness, which are beneficial to enhance the robustness of the central heating control system on a Climate Compensator.
