Abstract With the rapid development of communication technology, smartphones gradually entered the life of the general public. This is an irresistible trend that will be the main equipment for people to obtain information in future. The mobile phone market is completely intelligent relying on the development of 3G service in China in the recent years. But in the Chinas mobile phone market, foreign well-known brands have share of the market more than one half. By contrast, the domestic mobile phone is still an obvious gap, which lacks of brand awareness and core technology. In order to do something in the market, domestic mobile phone should strengthen the management of quality. By the production test, we can guarantee the quality of products. The testing software is used to test function and performance of the product in accordance with the process of test. Different need of the project decides different test tools. All developers need to track and resolve malfunctions of production test. A variety of means is used to test a system, which purpose is examining whether it meets specified requirements and figuring out the difference between the expected results and actual results. In view of the production test, this thesis studies the production mode as well as AT commands’ extension. This thesis mainly designed and implemented a minimum system for production test-production mode based on actual demand of efficiency and cost of the production test. Production test mainly includes the start of the bootloader, the design and parse of the script file and the configure of the usb port. This thesis also achieves the expansion of a series of AT commands, which mainly used for positioning and debugging failures in the process of production test. By the functional test of AT commands, the user can use terminal to real-time and accuracy understand whether serial ports and chip systems can work.
