中北大学学位论文 中北大学学位论文 基于 ANP 的生鲜加工配送中心绩效评价研究 摘 要 伴随着我国经济的快速发展，在各城市中生活节奏不断加快，各种经过初加工或半 成品的生鲜制品越来越受到人们的喜爱。我国一直都是生鲜品生产的大国，但由于我国 在过去并没有对物流中的流通质量有过多的关注与研究，每年在生鲜品流通过程中的损 耗颇高。加之现在人们对食品安全的关注度越来越高，使得越来越多的管理者认识到生 鲜品的加工配送是这类产品经营发展的重中之重，如何建立一个良好的生鲜加工配送中 心，如何提供质量安全的食品，如何对生鲜加工配送中心的绩效进行科学合理的评价， 成为提高生鲜品安全效率和保证产品质量的重要手段。 本文正是从这样的一个现实背景出发，通过对现有生鲜加工配送中心相关理论的研 究，并且进行生鲜加工配送中心的实地考察研究，建立了一套安全评价体系，为配送中 心的运营提供一个较好的参考。 本文对现有生鲜配送中心的绩效评价体系进行了研究，构建了一套指标评价体系， 通过问卷调查获取数据，建立生鲜加工配送中心绩效评价的 ANP 模糊综合评判模型， 借助 Super Decisions 软件计算各种矩阵，获得各指标权重，然后运用模糊综合评价法进 行评价。最后，本文将所设计的指标评价体系和方法应用在某生鲜加工配送中心，对其 进行了评价和并提出改进建议。 关键词：生鲜品，绩效评价，ANP 分析法，模糊综合评价 Performance evaluation research for fresh distribution center based on ANP Author:Yuwenjuan Supervisor:Liuruixian ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinas economy, the pace of life continues to increase.A variety of fresh products or semi-finished products after the initial processing are more and more popular. Our country has always been a big producing fresh products. But high consumption produces each year in the fresh products circulation process because our country did not have attention and research on the logistics of the mass circulation in the past. Recently,we pay more and more attention to food safety. Now more supervisor recognizes the processing and distribution of fresh products is the most important part of development of such products. It is becomes more and more important to improve the efficiency of distribution of fresh products and ensure product quality ,establishing a good fresh processing and distribution center and evaluating it scientifically and reasonably. This text based on this realistic background, through the study of performance evaluation results of existing fresh processing and distribution center and research on-site of processing and distribution center for fresh products, establish a performance evaluation system.
