电动汽车外转子轮毂电机场路耦合设计 [刘波] [湖南大学，410082] [ 摘 要 ] 本文以一台3KW 内置式外转子永磁同步电机为例，根据电磁和控制理论，给出了相应的数学 模型和控制框图。利用ANSYS Maxwell 与ANSYS Simplorer 软件，联合仿真计算得到了电 机的控制性能，并对结果进行分析，为永磁同步电机在ANSYS EM 系列软件中的系统化仿真 提供了一种新的、有效的控制方式。考虑控制策略对电机本体的影响，加入了转速外环和电流 内环，得到了转速波形，仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性。 [ 关键词 ] 永磁同步电动机；系统化仿真；ANSYS Maxwell ；ANSYS Simplorer Design of outer rotor in-wheel permanent magnet motor of electric vehicle based on field circuit coupled method [Liu Bo] [Hunan University ,410082] [ Abstract ] In this paper, a 3KW interior permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example, according to the electromagnetic and control theory, gives the corresponding mathematical model and control block diagram.
