江阴职业技术学院毕业论文 PAGE 7 江阴职业技术学院 毕业论文 课 题： 清洁生产在造纸行业的应用 专 题： 专 业： 环境监测与治理技术 学 生 姓 名： 杜玄玄 班 组： 2009环境2班 学 号： 2009050223 指 导 教 师： 王艳萍 完 成 时 间： 2012年01月06日 清洁生产在造纸行业的应用 摘 要 清洁生产是一种全新的工业生产和企业发展模式，是工业企业实施可持续发展的有效途径。它是以技术、管理为手段，以节能、降耗、减污、增效为目标。通过对生产的全过程的排污审核筛选并实施污染防治措施，以消除和减少工业生产对人类健康和生态环境的影响，从而达到防治工业污染、提高经济效益双重目的。 本论文在介绍清洁生产基本概念和内涵的基础上，说明了清洁生产在造纸行业的研究背景和意义，指出对于我国造纸企业来说，实施清洁生产是工业发展的必然选择。通过对造纸行业及其对环境的影响的了解，介绍了国内外清洁生产及其在造纸行业的应用情况，阐明了我国造纸行业的清洁生产潜力和应用前景，指出造纸企业只有从节水减污、节能降耗、加强管理等方面寻求清洁生产的机会，实施相应的清洁生产方案，才能有效地解决生产过程对环境造成的污染问题，提高企业的经济效益，实现造纸行业的可持续发展。 从试点企业江阴造纸厂推行的清洁生产模式成果来看，江阴造纸的纸机白水经处理回用到木浆、废纸脱墨浆和木片磨木浆系统，其中废纤脱墨浆正常倩况下用白水近万t，木片磨木浆可用白水约3000t 。通过加叠网改造，提高了网部的脱沙能力，网部机外的白水池无须加清水，从而降低了白水量，使吨纸水耗由75t降低到63t。 网部的纤维留着率由65%提高到70%，从而降低了网下的白水浓度。所以说清洁生产势在必行。 关键词: 造纸行业 清洁生产 信息调研 问题分析  Clean production in the paper industry application Abstract Cleaner production is a new kind of industrial production and enterprise development mode, industrial enterprises and implementing sustainable development effective way. It is with the technology, management as a means, to energy saving, consumption, pollution reduction, efficiency as the goal. Through the process of production and emission verification screening the implementation of pollution prevention and control measures, to eliminate and reduce industrial production on human health and ecological environment, so as to achieve the prevention and control of industrial pollution, improve the economic benefits of dual purpose. This paper introduces the basic concept of clean production and on the foundation of connotation, the clean production in paper industry background and significance of the research, points out to our country papermaking enterprises, the implementation of cleaner production is the inevitable alternative that industry develops.
