天津职业技术师范大学 Tianjin 毕 业 设 计 专 业： 机械维修及检测技术教育 班级学号： 机检0611 – 39号 学生姓名： 指导教师： 二〇一一年六月 天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 自动搬运物流分拣系统设计 The design of sorting system about automatic handling logistics 专业班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 学 院：机械工程学院 2011年6月 摘 要 PLC控制是目前工业上最常用的自动化控制方法，由于其控制方便，能够承受恶劣的环境。PLC将传统的继电器控制技术、计算机技术和通信技术融为一体,专门为工业控制而设计,具有功能强、通用灵活。 此文主要讲述自动搬运物流分拣系统。在熟悉了分拣系统原理的基础上，根据分拣任务要求，以三菱PLC为控制核心，Mcgs组态软件为监控软件，结合气动装置、传感技术,设计出材料分拣控制系统,实现产品的自动分拣搬运。系统具有自动化程度高、设计成本低、运行稳定、精度高、效率高、易控制的特点。PLC控制的自动搬运物流分拣系统具有很大的柔性，对控制对象和控制要求的增减, 可在本系统基础上，根据需求稍加修改即可实现。 关键词：可编程控制器；分拣装置；控制系统；组态软件 ABSTRACT PLC control is the most commonly used industrial automation control method, its convenient control to withstand an adverse environment. PLC traditional relay control technology, computer and communication technologies are integrated specifically for industrial control and design, have strong function, common flexible. This paper focuses the design of sorting system about automatic handling logistics. Familiar with the sorting system in the basis of the principle, according to certain sorting requirement to mitsubishi PLC as control core, configuration software for the monitoring software, combines pneumatic device, sensing technology，design the material sorting control system. Realization of automatic sorting handling products. The device is characteristic of high automation, design cost low,steady running, high precision, high efficiency and easy control. PLC control automatic handling logistics sorting system has great flexibility, To control the objects and control requirements of the increase or decrease, but in this system basis, according to demand slightly modify can be realized.
