渝南大道环境综合整治工程义交通组织方案研究-交通四运输工程专业毕业论文.docx

摘 摘 要 随着我国社会经济高速发展，市民对城市环境的需求日益增长，城市形象作为城市 核心竞争力的重要组成部分越来越引起政府的高度重视。由于历史原因，很多城市在建 设过程中缺乏整体规划，无法彰显现代城市特色。为了提升城市形象，改善市民生活环 境，大量的城市改造工程陆续实施，严重影响城市道路的交通运行和交通安全。为了解 决施工带来的交通问题，有必要对施工路段和周围路网的交通状况进行交通影响分析， 科学进行交通组织，保障道路交通的安全畅通。 论文首先介绍了巴南区渝南大道环境综合整治工程的项目背景，分析了渝南大道沿 线区域功能定位，根据交通流理论与道路交叉口通行能力模型，分析了渝南大道道路施 工影响区域交通状况；接着按照安全第一、以人为本、诱导分流、限制超限、公交优先 的交通组织原则，研究提出了施工区周边进行分流，远范围进行诱导；施工片区周边禁 止超限车辆进入渝南大道施工区域；施工片区内的建筑材料运输和具有特殊运输需求的 企业通过车辆运输线路合理引导或改变运输组织方式以及行人过街等交通组织方案；最 后根据渝南大道综合整治工程施工完成后的交通特点，协调轻轨三号线和周边路网与通 道，提出了合理渠化交通，规划布局了行人过街设施，完善了道路交通管理设施以及智 能化交通管理等交通组织优化方案。 本论文结合巴南区渝南大道环境综合整治工程，研究施工区域交通组织，对缓解城 市改造带来的交通拥堵和交通安全问题，有一定的现实意义和参考价值。 关键词：渝南大道；环境整治；交通组织；智能化管理 万方数据 AbstractWith Abstract With the rapid development of the economy in China，the residents living in cities have asked for improving the quality of the urban environment，SO the image of a city has become a part of its core competitiveness which has been taken more and more seriously by any local government．Most cities weren’t built through overall urban plamfing in the past and were lack of their own characteristics，therefore，some of cities has got down to improving their images and residents’living environment nowadays；however,large-scale construction of the related renovation projects has undermined the operation and security of urban transportation． In order to cope with the traffic problems caused by construction of renovation projects in cities，it’S necessary to analyze traffic conditions of road net systems around the construction sections and manage the traffic in an organized way which Can guarantee traffic flow and safety． Firstly,this paper introduces the Comprehensive Environmental Rehabilitation Project of Yunan Avenue in Banan District and explains the function of area location along the Yunan Avenue，and then the impacts of road construction on traffic are analyzed based on the tramC flow theory and road intersection capacity model．Secondly,according to the traffic management principles of safety first，people—oriented p1
