Siloguard添加剂对窖贮紫花苜蓿品质的影响 刘振宇1，玉柱2，刘忠宽1，黄欣颖2，王宇通2，邵新庆2基金项目：国家科技支撑计划项目 基金项目：国家科技支撑计划项目（2007BAD52B06-2）、河北省科技计划项目资金资助 作者简介：刘振宇（1981-），男，山东成武，研究生，实习研究员，主要研究方向是牧草栽培与加工利用研究，E-mail: zhenyu416@；*通讯作者Author for correspondence （1. 河北省农林科学院农业资源环境研究所，石家庄 050051；2．中国农业大学动物科技学院，北京 100193） 摘要：试验于2009年在河北省农林科学院大河综合试验站进行，以二茬紫花苜蓿为原材料，采用窖贮的方式，用Siloguard添加剂进行处理，设4个浓度水平，研究窖贮条件下，添加Siloguard对紫花苜蓿发酵品质的影响，探讨紫花苜蓿窖贮的可行性及添加剂最佳浓度，为大规模生产实践提供科学依据。试验结果表明：添加剂对改善青贮料的感官、降低pH值、提高乳酸含量、提高粗蛋白含量及降低各种纤维含量均有一定的作用，但由于所加入添加剂浓度不同，窖贮后效果不一，以添加0.1%Siloguard效果最佳；加入添加剂后，青贮料的WSC含量显著提高，显著改善了紫花苜蓿青贮料的品质。综合分析认为，窖贮添加Siloguard能改善青贮料的品质，推荐生产最佳添加浓度为0.1%。 关键词：紫花苜蓿；Siloguard添加剂；青贮窖；青贮品质 Effect of Siloguard Additives on the Quality of Alfalfa Silages in silage silo LIU Zhengyu1, YU Zhu2, LIU Zhongkuan1, HUANG Xinying2, WANG Yutong2, SHAO Xinqing2* (1. There are four kinds of treatments, using second crop alfalfa as Experimental material and Siloguard as additives. The experiment was done to study how the additives (Siloguard) can effect the quality of alfalfa during the process of fermentation. The aim of this experiment is to confirm the optimum concentration of additives and feasibility of Alfalfa storage pits at the same time, provide scientific basis for large-scale. The conclusion shows that: additive on silage sensory, lower pH, increased lactic acid content, increase protein content, meanwhile, reduce the role of various fiber content.
