PAGE 盐 城 师 范 学 院 毕业论文 智慧社区建设存在的问题及其应对策略 ——以盐城城南智慧新区为例 姓 名 吴 倩 学 院 城市与资源环境学院 专 业 资源环境与城乡规划管理 班 级 11(3)班 学 号 指导教师 马 随 随 2015 年 6月 6 日 盐城师范学院毕业论文 智慧社区建设存在的问题及其应对策略 ——以盐城城南智慧新区为例 摘 要 随着当今社会的经济水平飞速发展的同时也造成了人与环境的失衡，城市问题日益明显。智慧城市是针对这一现状提出的以互联网技术为核心的创新型城市形态，是城市工业化和信息化的高度集成的结果。采用高科技手段去改善其核心系统，以最大效率利用各种资源。建设智慧城市是推动城市包容性和和持续发展的必然选择，也是未来城市发展势不可挡的趋势。本文阐明了智慧城市的概念及发展过程，并借鉴智慧城市在国内外建设应用的案例，总结经验带来全新的城市发展理念，突破传统规划的局限，对盐城市城南新区的现状分析，探讨与盐城市的智慧新区建设情况相适应的的整体思路内容，及对建设过程的各种问题的解决对策。对建设智慧盐城具有重要的理论意义与实践意义。 【关键词】 智慧城市； 数字城市； 城南新区规划 Urban construction mode wisdom Background ——A Case Study of Yancheng District, south of wisdom Abstract The rapid development of todays society economic benefits at the same time also caused the imbalance of human and environment, while maintaining the citys sustainable development has become a major problem urgently to be solved in Chinas urban development trend. Smart city is put forward according to the situation in Internet technology as the core of innovative urban form, to the maximum efficiency of utilization of various resources by high-tech means to improve the core system. The wisdom of urban construction is to promote urban inclusive and sustainable development the inevitable choice, but also the future of urban development is irresistible trend. This paper clarifies the meaning and development prospect of smart city and analysis based on smart cities in the domestic and foreign urban construction case experience, break through the limitations of the traditional planning, bring a new concept of urban development and the status of Yancheng Chengnan New District analysis, of yancheng City, the wisdom of the park construction the whole idea of the content, and the construction process of various problems countermeasure. 【Key word】 smart City；
