河南工业职业技术学院 2011级数控技术专业毕业设计（论文） 河 南 工 业 职 业 技 术 学 院 Henan Polytechnic Institute 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 三元子泵造型与数控加工 班 级 数控1108班 姓 名 指导教师 二零一三年十月二十日 摘 要 目前在三元子泵设计制造和应用上，国内和国外先进水平相比仍有很大差距。国内在设计制造三元子泵过程中存在着很大程度上的缺点。 本设计主要阐述转子轴、衬套的设计，这个方法是以加工工艺方案、程序为基础的。在论文中，首先对三元子泵作了简单介绍；接着，阐述了转子轴、衬套加工工艺方案；然后，按加工工艺方案写出了程序；最后对转子轴、衬套的尺寸进行加工精度分析。该设计代表了转子轴、衬套设计的一般过程，对其他的转子轴、衬套类零件设计工作也有一定的价值。 本设计主要阐述转子轴、衬套的设计，工艺方案包括：工艺的组成、工艺规程的内容和作用、机械制造工艺规程的类型及格式、工艺规程的原理和步骤。同时对定位基准的选择，工艺路线中表面加工方法的选择、加工方法的划分、加 工顺序的安排起到详细的介绍。 关键词：三元子泵、加工工艺、数控车床、数控铣床、转子轴、衬套等。 Abstract Currently on the three YuanZi pump design and manufacture and application, is still a big gap compared to domestic and foreign advanced level. In domestic design and manufacture of three YuanZi largely shortcomings exist in the process of pump. This design mainly elaborated the design of the rotor shaft and bushing, this method is based on machining process, program. In the thesis, first of all three YuanZi pump made simple introduction; Then, this paper expounds the rotor shaft and bushing processing craft plan; Then, according to the processing craft plan to write the program; Finally, the size of the rotor shaft and bushing processing precision analysis. This design represents the general process of rotor shaft and bushing design, rotor shaft and bushing parts of other design work also has a certain value. This design mainly elaborated the design of the rotor shaft and bushing, process include: the process of composition, the content and function of process planning, the type of machinery manufacturing procedure, principle and steps of the procedure and format.
