The progress and problems encountered in the implementation of medical services price adjustment in China are re⁃ searched since the new health reform. Through using the 34 national public hospital reform pilot cities as examples ， some policy recommendations on the implementing strategies and methodologies for the medical services price adjust⁃ ment are provided ：a profound understanding of the status and role of service price adjustment in public hospitals re⁃ form ，adhering to some basic principles ，managing some important relationships and a good grasp of a few technical difficulties.
