The mode matching method was used to describe the impedance matching situation at the input aperture of the waveguide. The exciting model was established based on the equivalence principle of electromagnetics. And the Perfect Electric Conductor(PEC) boundary condition was imposed on the inner surface of the waveguide by forming the boundary element integral equation. Finally the numerical results of the electromagnetic transmission and aperture radiation solutions were given by using Method of Moments(MoM) and Multilevel Fast Multipole Algorithm(MLFMA).
