Based on the internet platform, the labor supply side and the demand side can be effectively connected, forming a new flexible employment relationship in the form of “enterprise + platform + individual”，which is different from the current labor relations in the legal sense, and characterized in essence by the concealment of the employment relationship covered up by civil relationship and the standard labor relations by nonstandard labor relations. The flexible employment is an important guarantee for the development of shared economy, which is necessary to regulate and should not impede the development of shared economy.
