得分：_______ 南 京 林 业 大 学 本科生课程论文 2011 ～2012 学年 第 二 学期 课 程 号： 090404120 课程名称： 胶黏剂与涂料工程概论 论文题目： 建筑用胶黏剂 学科专业： 木材科学与工程 （胶粘剂与涂料工程） 学 号： 090404120 姓 名： 吴洋 任课教师： 连海兰 二○一二 年 四 月 建筑用胶黏剂 摘要： 建筑胶黏剂是指建筑行业中的各类胶黏剂的总称，它是具有胶接功能，固定功能，防漏密封功能，防腐保护功能，电绝缘隔热功能等的一类胶黏剂。建筑用胶黏剂主要用于各种建筑的密封，复合建的生产，性能混凝土的制作道路标志、水坝防漏、军事工程等应用。其可以按照形态，固化过程，粘结强度和用途以及化学成分的不同分为多种不同。 作为建筑用胶黏剂其需要有常温固化，甚至低温固化，较长的使用期，最好采用水性胶黏剂，成本低廉，易于运输贮存，环保无毒等要求。建筑胶黏剂的组成除了起基本的粘结作用的物质外，为了满足特定的物理化学性能，尚需加入各种配合剂及改性剂，如固化剂、增韧剂、溶剂、稀释剂、填料及其他有关成分。粘料是胶黏剂中的主要成分，是基料。固化剂是胶黏剂中最主要的配合材料增韧剂和增塑剂是可以改善胶黏剂的韧性、柔性和弹性。溶剂是指能溶解粘料的低粘度液体。进入21世纪以来，建筑胶黏剂在我国仍然保持着持续、高速的发展势头，未来建筑胶黏剂还将有很大的发展空间。 Abstract Building adhesive is to point to the construction industry the floorboard of all kinds of adhesive, it is a plastic pick function, fixed function, prevent leakage sealing function, corrosion protection function, electrical insulating heat insulation function of kind of adhesive.
