PAGE ... 我国多元格局下金融监管协调问题研究 [摘要] 随着世界经济的不断发展,金融业在自身不断发展的同时也在经济生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。但是,与其他行业相比,金融机构有着自己独特的组织结构与经营方式,各国需要针对金融机构制定一套专门的法律体系,以实现对金融机构的法律约束。事实证明,如果不能对金融业的风险进行有效的控制,不仅无法实现金融业本身的平稳运行,还将危及到整个国家乃至世界经济安全。因此,各国在培养本国金融业综合竞争力的同时，还应格外地尽力设计一套金融业监管机制以实现对整个金融业的风险控制。本文通过分析我国金融监管的现状及存在的问题，制定了一系列的强化措施及对策，完善我国金融监管体系，促进金融业的发展。 [关键词] 多元格局 金融监管 协调 混业经营 分业经营 Chinas Financial Regulators on the Issue of Coordination [Abstract] As the world economy continues to develop, financial services sector in the continuous development of economic life is also playing an increasingly important role. However compare with other industries,ncial institutions have their own organization structure and mode of operation, the need for financial institutions to draw up ecialized legal system, to bring about financial institutions law. Facts prove that if we don’t risk for effective control in the financial, it not only can’t achieve financial industry itself and smooth operation, but also will endanger the whole nation and even the world economic security. Therefore, countries in the cultivation of the domestic financial comprehensive competitiveness at the same time, we should be particularly tried to design a set of financial supervision mechanism to realize to the entire financial risk control. The article analyzes our country’s financial supervision status and existing problems, we enacted a series of strengthening measures and countermeasures to make our countrys financial supervision system perfect, and promote the development of the financial industry. [Keywords] Plural Pattern Financial Regulation Harmony Mixed Operation Decentralized Monitor . ... 引 言 世界经济发展现实充分表明，金融业对现代经济增长具有强大的作用力、影响力和推动力，已成为现代经济体系的核心，现代经济法展已离不开金融部门的支持，金融监管的地位极其重要，是扶持金融业发展必不可少的条件。 对于金融监管法律制度而言，由于本国的分业经营制度在金融集团化与金融全球化的冲击下将分崩离析，不同领域的金融机构之间的界限将变得越来越模糊，因此旧的机构型金融监管方式将不再适应金融业混业经营的发展要求，在充分暴露其监管漏洞的同时也将束缚本国金融业的进一步发展。所以，我国的金融业都在渴望一套既能实现金融业风险控制又能适应混业经营发展趋势的金融
