采用人机界面组成的热处理炉自动控制系统.doc

PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 近年随着电气控制技术的发展，人机界面的功能，可靠性和性价比不断提高，在工业控制的各个环节的应用都得到了很大的发展。开发采用人机界面组成的热处理炉自动控制系统，以及采用基于计算机语言及工控模块的温控系统使加热炉的控制技术更具有飞跃的提高。 本设计是利用牛顿模块和组态王软件实现加热炉的恒温控制，利用组态王实现pid控制。I-7013是热电阻输入模块，用来采集温度，用组态王和模块通讯，将采集上来的数据，进行模数变换后变成数字量，传输至由组态王编写的上位机软件中。再这里运用组态王软件编写数字PID控制软件，然后由7044模块进行PWM输出（I-7044是带隔离数字量输入/输出模块。4通道数字量输入，8路数字量输出）控制加热器的通断。 本设计可以预期完成温度的恒温控制，能较好的实现对炉温的控制，使其达到预期设定的效果。 关键词：温度控制；组态王；PID控制；牛顿模块 Abstract Recent years along with electrical control technology development, Human-machine interface functions, reliability and cost performance continued to improve , the application of all aspects In the industrial control have been great development. The development uses the Human-machine interface composition the heat-treatment furnace automatic control system, as well as uses based on the computer-based language and Control Module furnace temperature control system enable the heating furnace the control technology to have the leap enhancement. This design is realizes the heating furnace constant temperature control using the Newton module and the Kingview software, realizes the pid control using the Kingview. I-7013 is the thermal resistance input module, Using to collect the temperature. With Kingview and communications modules, the data which gathered, carries on the modulus transformation to turn the simulation quantity, Transmist to the main machine software which compiles by the Kingview. Using Kingview software compilation Digital PID control software, Then carries on the PWM output by 7044 modules. (I-7044 is Isolated Digital input / output modules. 4-channel digital input, eight digital output channel) Controls the heater the make-and-break.
