AbstractWith Abstract With the rapid growth of social economy and promotion of information technology,we have Stepped into the era of knowledge-based economy．For an enterprise，the competition for talents is one of the key factors of enterprise competition．Therefore，human resource management is gradually becoming the core part of enterprise management．Traditional way of human resource management is unable to satisfy the requirements nowadays．Thus，it is very urgent to do the research of human resource management system． The rapid development of computer science is the basis to establish all efficient and convenient human resource management system．This dissertation designs and implements the human resource management system after researching the current situation of domestic and foreign human resource management system and the system process，combining with personnel management process of a Hainan technology company．The main works of this dissertation are following： 1．This dissertation deeply research the current situation of domestic and foreign human resource management system and the system process，combining with personnel management process of a Hainan technology company,and then detailedly analyses the requirements of the system，including requirements of business，function， software and hardware．Then，the dissertation designs the architecture of the system detail，besides，the dissertation also designs the functions of modules and the database． 2．According to the requirements and the design of system，this dissertation designs and implements the human resource management system with SSH framework and lightweight database MySQL，which uses the thought of Layered． There are five modules，including personal management，recruitment management， train management，reward and punishment management and salary management．The UI of the system is mainly developed by JSP technology and the JQuery Framework． 3．On the basis of the research above，this dissertation implements the human res
