中国和欧盟经济波动同步性探究 内容提要 本文针对中国与欧盟经济波动的相互 作用与影响这一日益重要的问题进行了一系列的计量检验。 检验结果表明，自1973年老欧盟成立以来，中国经济比欧 盟经济的持续性更强，但中国经济的波动幅度较大；中国经 济与欧盟经济的相关性经历了先增强再减弱，到再增强的过 程，但总体上相关性程度依然较低；中国经济波动滞后于欧 盟经济波动，表明中国经济对欧盟经济存在较强的依赖性； 在5%的显著性水平下中国GDP与欧盟GDP之间不存在格兰 杰因果关系；中国GDP与双边贸易相互间存在正向的拉动作 用，但欧盟经济对双边贸易的影响远比中国对双边贸易的影 响大。 China and the European Union economic fluetuation the synchronicity of the research LuoJingHua Zhejiang university school of economics Abstract： this paper in China and the European Union economic fluetuation of the interaction and influence the increasingly important problems are a series of measurement test. Test results show that the European Union since 1973 since the establishment of the old, the Chinese economy than the European Union economic sustainability stronger , but China s economic fluetuation range bigger； China， s economy and the correlation of the eu economy experienced to enhance to abate, the process of enhancing the again, but overall, the correlation level is still low； Chin* s economic flue tuition lag behind the eu economic fluctuation, show that Chin* s economy for the eu economy exist strong dependence, In 5% of the significant level, China， s GDP and the eu GDP does not exist between granger causality； China s GDP and bilateral trade between each other has positive role in boosting, but the eu economy on bilateral trade influence than China? s bilateral trade influence big? 一、引言 自20世纪90年代以来，伴随着中国融入经济全球化程 度的加深，中国与欧盟的经济联系也日益密切o2008年1—10 月，中国与欧盟的双边贸易总额髙达3593. 7亿美元，占中 国对外贸易总额的16.4%,是中国第一大贸易伙伴。随着双 边经贸关系的日益密切，中国与欧盟的经济波动会通过要素 流动、贸易渠道、金融市场等实体或虚拟经济传导渠道，引 起彼此经济波动的谐振o2008年10月6日全球股市遭遇“黑 色星期一”，道琼斯指数跌破万点关口，创下史上最大单日 跌幅，上海股市也应声下跌5. 14%。特别是在当前世界经济 面临上世纪30年代以来最严重的金融危机的时刻，研究中 国与欧盟经济波动的相关性及互动规律有着重要的理论和 现实意义。 现有文献主要是考察随着中国融入经济全球化进程的 逐步深入，中国和欧盟经济的相互联系及其影响，多为定性 分析。目前尚无学者对中国与欧盟经济波动的同步性进行系 统性的研究。Erixon (2008)等研究了中国在加入WTO后的 贸易政策，重点考察了中欧经济关系，作者认为，中国的持 续崛起导致其贸易政策的重要性远胜于其刚加入WTO之时， 中欧关系已迅速成为世界贸易体系中主要的重要一极。史艳 娜(2007)考察了中国与欧盟的产业内贸易状况，作者运用 G—L指数对中国与欧盟原15国间的产业内贸易总体状况进 行了分析，研究结果表明，2004年中国与欧盟
