一 前 言
1
为促使店铺的日常营运工作走向正规化,切实提高店铺的销售额和员工的
综合素质,现制定《店铺营运手册》,该手册是用于约束员工日常行为的,对整
个店铺日常营运起到了辅导的作用。
使用《店铺营运手册》规定原则
1 、该手册属公司机密,不得外传,如有违反,必究其责任。
2 、公司对店铺进行考核内容依据《店铺营运手册》,如公司检查考核店铺出
现手册上问题,将给予警告扣分,并且对员工进行罚款处理,单据上交
公司一份,店铺留存一份,以督促店铺自检工作。
3 、店长需每周组织员工学习《店铺营运手册》的具体内容,员工须熟知该
手册内容。
4 、各店铺必须根据《店铺营运手册》的具体内容,在店铺内进行自检。
5 、自检内容要根据《店铺营运手册》为主结合店内实际情况,自检罚款金
额必须按照手册内规定的罚款金额执行。
6、店长每日早晚例会中要对其违纪罚款情况进行总结,然后具体跟进其表现。
7 、每日自检的员工违纪及罚款情况需每日及时登记在签到表上。
8 、每周店长报告上要体现店内每日自检情况。
9 、各店罚款金均在工资中体现,任何人不得私自收取罚款金。

许可,不得兼任外间职位,更不能分心,经营私人事业。

公司宗旨是以优质服务来满足顾客需求,员工在提供优质服务予顾
客的同时亦能令顾客有宾至如归的感觉,处事快捷,若遇困难如顾
