PAGE 1 - 浙 江 科 技 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 (2008届) 题 目 家用型自动牙膏机的设计 ——控制系统设计 家用型自动牙膏机的设计 摘要 本文主要对家用型自动牙膏机主体进行详细的设计、计算、校核、选型。分析了家用型自动牙膏机要求实现的功能要求，了解了同类型家用型机构的工作原理，基本结构，系统组成及功能；研究了家用型自动牙膏机的系统构成及功能，各元器件的选型方法，以及系统的实现方式等。 自动牙膏机是一个简单的机电一体化产品，融合了红外技术，单片机，继电器，电机等相关技术。其主要技术路线是通过红外感应控制，触发电机工作，通过控制电机的行程来控制牙膏的挤出量。 设计主要包括了家用型自动牙膏机的结构，装配，选材，控制系统设计，电机选择，以及标准件的选择。本文对设计中，家用型自动牙膏机的结构图，装配图，零件图，以及控制系统的电路图，单片机程序，都有详细的说明。 关键词:红外感应 延时控制 虚拟装配 单片机89C2051 The Desgin of Automatic toothpaste machine Student:zhu long Advisor: Dr. Ning Chen School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Zhejiang Abstract In this paper,its mainly about the detailed design, calculation, checkingselection of the Automatic toothpaste machine.It analyzes the Functional requirements of the Automatic toothpaste mf small household appliances.It researched the System Structure and Function of the Automatic toothpaste machine,the way to select comachine.Understanding the working principle,Basic structure,System componentsFunction of the same type oponentsthe Realization of the systerm. Automatic toothpaste machine is a simple product of mechatronics,it includes infrared technology,SCM technology,relay,motor technology and so on.Through the control of infrared sensors,trigger the motor’s working,then control the etrusion volume of the toothpaste through the trip of the motor.And this is the main technical route of the Domestic-automatic toothpaste machine. The design mainly about structure desgin, assembly, material selection,control system design,selection of motorthe standard parts.In this paper,there have detailed explanations about the structure, assembly, parts map, and the control system circuit diagram SCM procedures of the Automatic toothpaste machine.
