英文摘要Abstract 英文摘要 Abstract The emphases of the city planning SUbject were scheme the land and space resources reasonably．Concen仃ating on the research，some methods and ways about eCO·planning must be introduced in city planning theories．It was redound to study the influence to space construction systematically at the point of the ecosystem principle．Because the land and space resource is not only kind of society or economic resources，but also a kind of essential ecosystem resources．The city is not complete ecosystem system．The ecosystem of the city and country must be taken into account together．On the background of city and country space，on the basis of the ecosystem relations and plan theory(such societal or economical sense theory)，the concepts of city and country eCO—planning in this thesis emphasized on the space planning combinated nature ecosystem．It was redound the relation between construction and entironment to be more harmonious on the background of market economy．The theory starts with the relation between development and environment．It applied itself to scheme the land and space resources with eCO—cybernetics． Setting out from the angle of the city planning course，this research regarded ecology aS the main line and expands eCO—planning’S meaning．On the base of research about the city and country space’S composing，the theory based on the essential function of city planning，integrated with environment ecology、natural ecology、societal ecology、economic ecology and landscape ecology．It discussed eco—planning theory and way which are used in each space levels．Combining theory and practise，it researched the causation of city and country development with different space scale，and studied the corresponding techno·ways about eco—planning．Lastly，it researched some policies which brought eco—planning into effect，Such contents related to city planning managing mechanism and exterior environment mechanism innovatjon． Key words： city and country space ecosystem ego-pl
