STUDY STUDY 0N L l QU I D l TY R I SK MANAGEMENT OF BANK 0F LAN ZHOU ABST队CT At present，China’S economy is facing greater downward pressure，severe operating environment lead to corporate profit margins narrowed sharply,reducing the loan repayment capacity,fiarther leading to the bank’S non-performing loan rate of increase in loans to recovery,liquidity decreased，liquidity risk increased．Internet banking rapid rise and is accompanied by the emergence of a variety of treasure class products，and the traditional business model of commercial banks by the serious impact，cash deposit loss serious，the pressure of liquidity reserve increases．As the constant innovation of financial products and services and the development of information technology,as well as the increasing improvement of the efficiency of bank also contributed to the risk of transmission speed． The liquidity of commercial banks is known as the lifeline of the bank．Once the liquidity in short supply may cause public panic and prompt a run,and even will seriously threaten the survival of the bank．The bank of LanZhou in the western underdeveloped areas，affected by the economic bankwardness ofthe province，its asset scale，capital strength,business ability,number of customers and quality is much weaker in large stateowned banks，jointstock banks and the city commercial bank of developed provinces，operation mechanism and management system is not perfect the banks，more prone to liquidity risks．Therefore，in-depth research on the liquidity risk management of the Bank of Lanzhou and found out the problems and put forward reasonable suggestions，which can provide the theoretical basis for the stable and healthy development of Bank of Lanzhou． Firstly on the basis of reading related literature at home and abroad，induction of liquidity risk related research contents are summarized，mainly including：liquidity and the connotation of the liquidity risk，liquidity risk index evaluation method and empirical analysis method，the l
