PAGE PAGE 东 莞 理 工 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 设计题目：松山湖科技企业孵化器厂房1（上） 学生姓名：陆瑾华 学 号：201041201221 系 别：建筑工程系 专业班级：10土木工程（2）班 指导教师：潘东辉 工程师 起止时间：2014年2月——2014年5月 PAGE 31 东莞松山湖科技企业孵化器厂房1（上）设计 【摘 要】：本毕业设计课题为五层框架结构厂房设计，主体采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。根据设计要求合理进行建筑设计，并绘制出建筑施工图。然后根据建筑功能要求进行结构的布置，确定各种构件尺寸，并选取一榀框架进行结构分析计算，确定各种荷载作用下相应的内力并进行内力组合。根据结构控制截面的内力值，对梁、柱、基础等进行配筋计算，并绘制了结构施工图。同时用PKPM软件对整个框架结构进行电算，完成工程结构设计。最后，拟定施工方案，完成施工组织设计任务。 关键词：框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计；施工组织设计；PKPM软件 Abstract This graduation design issue is the frame design for a five-storey factory building with reinforced concrete structure. According to the given design condition ,a reasonable architectural design will be finished ,and the buildings construction drawing will be drawn out.After that, the arrange of the whole structure can be made based on the architectural scheme. After the identification of structural sizes, a pin frame structure is selected for design calculation to make out the corresponding diagram and the structure’s internal force combination. Then, the beam and the column can be selected to calculate and make the reinforcement to draw up the corresponding structure shop drawing according to the value of the internal force. Meanwhile, the PKPM software is used to analyze the entire frame structure and complete the design of the whole project. Finally, the construction organization plan is studied out and the construction design task is completed roundly.
