Incentive system is one of the core contents of the modern enterprisesystem, it is the cornerstone of establishing the core competitiveness ofthe enterprise and it is the essence part of the enterprise management. Thetermencouragement” is used to excite the word“ Ci hai”to“ encouragecheering, which is to stimulate peoples motivation, induce peoplesbehavior. and create a kind of internal motivation to work toward thedesired goal. As the name implies, the negative incentive is to punish theindividual for unconscionable behavior that violates the organizationsgoals, so that such behavior does not occur anymore, and the individualsenthusiasm shifts towards the correct goal.
