PAGE 页 . 页 广 东 金 融 学 院 学　年　论　文 论文题目 中小企业财务风险防范 学生姓名 詹伟豪 学号 071551442 专业班级 会计学专业0715514班 指导教师 许崴 职称 副教授 2010 年 10 摘 要 企业的财务活动贯穿于生产经营的整个过程，财务风险伴随着生产经营的产生而产生。财务风险是一种信号，通过它能够全面综合反映企业的经营状况、现金流量。本文从五个方面分析财务风险成因，从财务指标数值大小、企业变现能力、负债情况、盈利情况等方面来识别财务风险，有效识别财务风险有助于风险的防范控制，重点从筹资、投资、资金回收、利益分配等方面进行风险控制。同时也要求企业经营者树立风险意识，加强企业财务风险控制，建立预警分析指标体系，进行适当的财务风险決策，进而提高经济效益，为企业实现价值最大化提供保障。 关键词： 财务风险 分析与防范 指标 页 . 页 Abstract Financial activities of enterprises throughout the entire process of production and management, financial risk associated with the production resulting from production and operation.
