Nothing is impossible; Can you imagine a person without legs can dive, drive and compete in sports arena? John Coutis is such kind of legless super man. He is an internationally renowned inspirational speaker on overcoming handicaps from Australia last week, John and his wife and his son were in Ningbo. He gave a charity lecture. His miraculous experiences tell us that nothing is impossible.; When Coutis was born with a severe disability that meant his legs were useless, doctors said that he would not live more than a day. His legs were amputated when he was 18, and at the age of 30, he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Despite all these setbacks, he refused to give up on life.;He is training to be selected for the Australian Paralympics(残奥会) team for the Sydney 2000 games in the Power Lifting event; John Coutis,an Australian ,is only 78cm tall. But he has been“walking tall” in life.;Opportunity knocks But Once… No matter whatyou want to your best in, you only get one chance or maybe a few only in your life to do it. Unless you give it your best shot, you are not living.; Have a goal in your life. Enjoy it. No matter how bad you think are, there is always someone worse off. No matter who you think you are, there is always someone better than you, so that should drive you to do you best.; Fall 100 times, 101 times can stand up; Fall 1000 times, 1001 times can stand up.
