Assignments are broad in scope and allow for a high degree of administrative discretion in their execution. The position allows for a high degree of flexibility in Board assigned duties. The ideal candidate will be a confident, credible and energetic leader who is willing to be involved at all levels. The successful candidate will be open to peer and staff input and should be creative, value-driven, entrepreneurial and able to implement “Best Practices” whenever possible.
